Delivery policies:        

  • Canada wide deliveries are free for all orders above $49 before taxes. Unless priority shipping requested at purchase, delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses.
  • A $5.95 fee will automatically be added to your invoice for any orders below $49.

** Please note that extra delivery fees and delays may apply for certain regions that are out of the « regular service zones » set by Canada Post or transport companies.

  • Clients requesting a refund need to communicate with us via email or phone BEFORE returning any item in order to receive a “Return Authorisation Number”. All returned items must be accompanied by the R.A.N. Any product returned without the “Return Authorisation Number” will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
  • In certain cases, the customer must assume return postage fees.
  • All compatible or re-manufactured items must be sealed, in their original packaging and re-sellable in order to be returned and refunded.
  •  You have a 90 to 180 day window following the delivery of your product in which you may request an exchange, replacement or refund. Please see terms below.

 

Our guarantee policy:  

All our products, compatibles, remanufactured or originals are 100% guaranteed. Should you cartridge or product not function as expected, please contact us so we may assist you in resolving the situation and assuring your upmost satisfaction. 

· Guarantee durations:

Returns possible within 180 days of delivery date if product is defective. Re-stocking fees may apply. (Certain conditions apply)  

  • Defective compatible or remanufactured ink jet cartridges.
  • Defective compatible or remanufactured laser cartridges.
  • Defective compatible or remanufactured drums.

 

Returns possible within 90 days of delivery date if product is sealed, in its original packaging and re-sellable. Re-stocking fees may apply.   

  • Sealed and re-sellable compatible or remanufactured ink jet cartridges.  
  • Sealed and re-sellable compatible or remanufactured laser cartridges.
  • Sealed and re-sellable compatible or remanufactured drums.

 

Returns possible within 30 days of delivery date if product is sealed, in its original packaging and re-sellable. Re-stocking fees may apply.

 

  • Sealed and re-sellable original ink jet cartridges.
  • Sealed and re-sellable original laser cartridges.
  • Sealed and re-sellable original drums.

 * Original ink jet cartridges, laser cartridges and original drums may NOT be returned if package has been opened.


In order to claim an exchange for an original product that has been opened or that is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly to see what solutions are possible.

  • Modifying or tampering with any product without the express consent of Tonerz Inc. will null any guarantee.  
  • Under no circumstances will Tonerz Ink Cartridges Inc. be held responsible for any direct or indirect including but not limited to, loss of any profit, business or equipment.
  • We are not responsible for any product damaged during transport.  

 

Changing or cancelling your order:

  • We recommend you call us as soon as possible should you want to change or cancel your order. Please avoid emails for it may take longer to receive and reply back as we receive many. To reach us by phone, please dial: (514) 357-4531 or toll free at 1-844-357-4531. Return postage fees become the clients’ responsibility in case of error and or if the order is already being processed or has been delivered.
  • Once an order is out of the order dept. and being processed by our warehouse, it is impossible to cancel or modify your order.
  • If you buy the wrong product by mistake, you must contact us ASAP to get your Return Authorisation Number from our customer service agents and once product has been returned, you will get refunded. Re-stocking fees may apply. Return postage fees are clients’ responsibility.
  • Please verify that all information concerning your order is accurate when you receive the email confirmation. If any incorrect, or incomplete information is found, please contact us by phone immediately so we may modify and correct the information.  If the improper information has not been flagged prior to the order being processed, it becomes the client’s responsibility to pay for return postage fees to return his order.


Returns and refunds:

  • Defective product: You will be refunded for only defective products returned. Return postage fees will be refunded or free with included return postage sticker.
  • Sealed, non-defective products: Return shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
  • There is a 15% mandatory re-stocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
  • Non-defective opened products: Under certain circumstances, may be returned. Please contact customer service. .Re-stocking fees will apply and return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Our customer service agents will guide you with any requests you have concerning guarantees, returns or refunds. In certain cases, you may be asked to supply photographs, printouts or other means of proof in order for the company to accept a claim.
  • Please note that all orders, order history, emails and other exchanges are kept in our system.
  • Any disparity with products ordered and products received must be claimed with 15 days following delivery. Please contact our customer service by email (info@tonerz.com) with photos of received articles along with packing slip. You may be required to return products received by mistake.
